Cost and Order Information

Quarters, Halves, and Wholes

Steer or heifer quarters, halves, and wholes are available for purchase. 

-Cost is based on the percentage of the wagyu steer or heifer you choose to purchase.

 

-The butcher will discuss your preference in cuts directly and fully customize your order. Cuts can be made the way you prefer at a Texas State Inspected facility (M&M Custom Slaughter). 

 

-Pricing below includes basic processing. Basic processing includes cuts to size and weights per individual  package. Each package is vacuum sealed and freshly frozen. Basic processing  also includes a 14 day dry  age. Custom processing such as sausage and beef marinades are an additional cost.

-There will be a 50% deposit to place your order. Credit Cards are accepted for deposits and payment in full. Each transaction is encrypted and tokenized through Wells Fargo Merchant Services.

​Some basic details:

-Percentages are based on actual hanging weight or HCW.

-Hanging weight is the actual carcass weight on the rail.

-Total hanging weight of one entire steer or heifer can be approximately 700-900 lbs.

-Beef is dry aged from 14 to 21 days. 

-All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled with the name of the cut.

-All cuts are frozen to insure freshness.

-Whole $10 per pound                             $3,500

 50% Deposit Only     

  (approximately 700-800 lbs +- hanging weight)

 

 

-Half $10 per pound                                 $2,200

 50% Deposit Only     

 (approximately 350-400 lbs +- hanging weight)

 

 

-Quarter $10 per pound                          $1,200

 50% Deposit Only  

(approximately 175-200 lbs +- hanging weight)

-The remainder will be charged once the actual Hanging Weight is realized.

​

-Some steers have already been processed and can be sold for the entire actual weighted amount. Please  call us for details. We might have discounted deals for you.

-Quarters can be delivered to your front door. Wholes and Halves can be delivered for free depending on location.

-Shipping will be an additional cost if outside our normal delivery areas. If ordered online, we will be in contact to confirm details.
